Established in 1992, KMG Prestige’s portfolio has grown from 2500 to over 18,000 dwelling units and select commercial properties with locations in 315 cities in Michigan, California, Indiana, and Illinois. Families, elderly, and handicapped individuals are the majority of the residential population served in both subsidized and conventionally financed rental communities.
