KMG Prestige News - Making our Mark at the Hispanic Festival

This past weekend KMG Prestige was part of the Hispanic Festival in the City of Grand Rapids. Regional Property Manager, Amanda Baldridge volunteered her time to be on the board at the Hispanic Center and was a co-chair for the event. The festival lasted three days and is one of the largest in the country. KMG also had a booth and had 26 properties that joined in sponsorship at this event. We had many volunteers from KMG who put in their valuable time and effort. I would like to thank Amanda and the volunteers for an outstanding job. We passed out over 2,500 bags filled with fun promotional items. Stonebrook Town Homes has already received two leases as a result of this event. We are pleased to develop a relationship with the Hispanic Center and introduce more people to our company and great communities. Amanda did an outstanding job and deserves a standing ovation. Thanks again to all of the volunteers. I hope we have many more successful years with this event.
