Golden Bridge Manor/Edgemont Apartments (46 units), in Portland, MI. Experience Maintenance Technician needed. Must have experience in all areas of maintenance. Postition is part time and must be willing to be on call for emergencies. Includes ground maintenance, turning units, completing service requests. Knowledgeable in HVAC & Boilers. Maintenance test is required.>
