KMG offers many job opportunities for the focused and self-directed individual. Many of our top executives started their careers as a leasing agent or maintenance technician before becoming a Site Manager. Two of our four Company owners started out on site.

One of our strengths is to identify potential management candidates, and through mentoring, training, and a series of established development planning tools, guide these individuals into becoming viable, contributing members to our successful management staff. As our business continues to grow, and our systems continue to improve, we recognize this as the right thing to do.
